Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointment cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within a reasonable time after booking. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the appointment slot has already been confirmed with the doctor or medical staff, or if preparations for the consultation, procedure, or service have already begun.

RAJSHREE GROUP does not accept cancellation requests for services that have already been provided or partially availed, including consultations, diagnostic tests, or procedures. However, refund or rescheduling may be considered if the patient establishes that the service provided was not as per the agreed standards or could not be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from the hospital’s end.

In case of concerns regarding the quality of service or billing discrepancies, patients are requested to report the same to our Customer Service or Hospital Administration team. The request will be reviewed after verification by the concerned department. Such issues should be reported within
7 days of the consultation, treatment, or service date. The hospital administration will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision. -
For services involving third-party providers, medical equipment, or diagnostic services that come with a manufacturer’s or external provider’s warranty or policy, patients may be required to address the concern directly with the respective provider as per their terms.
- In case any refund is approved by RAJSHREE GROUP, it may take 16–30 days for the refund to be processed to the patient’s original payment method.
